They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, along with the location was awesome, but it surely's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain way too much, but basically the windows had been all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much in the furnishings, etc.

that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. every one of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off all the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do advise bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that arrive out while in the early morning hours and when the Sunshine starts to established and they do bite. it had been nothing that will keep you indoors while. there really are a several state parks in the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful is undoubtedly an understatement to become honest! its a very family friendly place and never the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida And that i will make this a yearly holiday. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I possibly talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian pass. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.

I did love you had two king beds that was nice. The coffee table was broken, two in the three plastic chairs outside ended up damaged. The house really could make use of a good power washing and that would make a big improvement to the deck. The house has so much potential it really is unfortunate to view it getting operate down. I Completely loved the area, but if improvements usually are not made would not hire house yet again. Surely advise going to Port St Joe if you have not !!
